The Harwich Garden Club held their annual Christmas Luncheon for members and guests at the Sea View Inn in Dennis Port, chaired by Sue Hart, Joan Our, and Phyllis Burnham.

Our Newsletter was distributed by Peg Erdlen.

Jo Molnar collected $1,105 which will be given to the Family Pantry to purchase gifts for teen age boys.

The January 6^th Pot Luck Luncheon for members and one guest was announced, with speaker Michael Lach, Chairman of the Harwich Conservation Trust.

Cathy Dillon discussed the Boutique for the Harwich Port Stroll.  Cathy displayed our new banner.

The following By-Law Change was voted on and approved.  It had been approved at the November 19^th Board Meeting and subsequently e-mailed or mailed to active members.

The last sentence of Article VII, Section 1, found on page 48 in our year book, was amended.

Previously:  No Chairman may serve more than two consecutive years on the same committee.

Amendment:  A Chairman may serve two consecutive terms on the same committee. Total 4 years.
