President Jeanne Tassinari called the meeting to order at 1:07 PM.  122  members were in attendance.
OFFICERS’ Reports

President
Jeanne Tassinari thanked the Bridge luncheon committee.  They netted $2263.  She said that at the October meeting $245 as well as food and clothing items were collected for the Family Pantry.

Secretary’s Report of the September 7 meeting had been distributed by email.  It was accepted for file.  

Treasurer’s Report for the period ending October 31, 2010 had been distributed by email.  It was accepted for file (copy attached).  

COMMITTEE REPORTS – No formal reports were given.

Updates and/or reviews of activities were provided by the following committees: 

Corresponding Secretary Carrie Wailgum;  Program chair Lynne Drummond;  Membership chair Sue Hart (introduced 2 new members);  Chamber of Commerce liaison Diane Schoenfelder (town pole wreaths);  Christmas House Tour co-chairs Barbara Kodak and Ann Marie Russell (sold tickets and asked for hostesses and baked cookies); Christmas Boutique co-chair Beth Savage;  Christmas Raffle chair Lee Tanner (sold tickets); Blooming Barrels co-chair JoAnn Root; Nominating Committee co-chair Nancy Atkinson; Newsletter chair Peg Erdlen;      Ways and Means co-chair Linda Felice (new items, building wreaths);  and Tea Committee (Pot Luck lunch in January)  

UNFINISHED  BUSINESS

Jeanne announced that the Executive Board voted to donate $300 to the Pilgrim Church to help purchase 12 padded folding chairs.   The church has already raised enough to purchase 112 chairs.  

NEW BUSINESS – none  

ANNOUCEMENTS

Abbey from the Children’s Center thanked us for the donation of cash and items to support the center.  They are caring for 24 children.  

Jeanne asked that we not use the first two rows of parking in front of Bonnat’s.  

The meeting adjourned at 1:35 PM.
