Prior to the meeting a pot luck luncheon was enjoyed by members and guests.
The Horticulture Sweepstakes was judged by Patti Tworek.
President Jeanne Tassinari called the meeting to order at 1:15 PM. 77 members were in attendance.
OFFICERS’ Reports
President Jeanne Tassinari thanked the Tea Committee for organizing the luncheon
Secretary’s memo for the record of a vote taken at the December 7 luncheon was read and accepted for file.
Treasurer’s Report
for the period ending December 31, 2010 had been distributed by email.
It was accepted for file (copy attached).
